There isn’t one thing that separates Sutter Health from the competition. There are a thousand things, big and small. We’re on a mission to communicate them all.

Most healthcare brands lean into lofty rhetoric and vague promises. Instead, we decided to double down on the many real ways that Sutter Health impacts and improves the lives of patients.

Launched in 2018, the campaign marked the beginning of a long-term effort to highlight all these Sutter stories. The campaign comes to life in TV, radio, digital, billboards, social, hospital lobbies, and, well…wherever there is a story to be told.

“It’s A Thousand Things” has helped Sutter develop a consistent voice while remaining responsive and relevant. And over time, the brand has experienced double digit increases in virtually every qualitative measurement, from excellence and innovation to consideration and strength of community support.
